Above and Below: Presidente Samuel Rivas dedicates the new D.I.F. building in Sayula, November 2005. D.I.F. is where the people of Sayula can get meals and have activities, therapy and exercise. D.I.F.also provide many other services for the community. Also in attendance were Araceli González de Rivas, the head of Sayula's D.I.F. and Mari Paz de Ramírez, the wife of Jalisco's govenor.
